Delivery
Goods promptly despatched from stock.
Orders received before 2.00pm can be delivered next working day with no additional charge for this service.
Alternatively you are welcome to come along and collect goods at you convenience.
Hours
The sales office and showroom is open between 8.30am and 5.00pm every week day.
Samples
Supplied quickly by post.
Carriage costs
Free delivery on orders over L300 excluding VAT.
Returns
We will provide a full credit or replacement for unused and unmarked goods that are not to specification.
A small charge will be made in order to cover the carriage costs.
Damages/shortages
Please insure that an authorised person checks and signs for the goods on delivery and inform us
immediately if there are any discrepancies.
Embroidery
We offer an embroidery service on all our products. Subject to an additional charge.
Made to order and custom woven products
Subject to minimum quantities (manufacturers lead time to be advised).
Payment
Credit accounts welcome with invoices settled within 30 days of invoice. Trade references required.
VAT
All prices subject to VAT at current rate.
Retention of title
Beneficial title of re-saleable goods remains with the seller until fully paid for. Our standard terms and
conditions available on request.
